GARBAGE BIN SELECTION: Food scraps recycling can be provided via dedicated Food Scraps Bins or Carts. Customers can use any type of plastic bag to contain the food scraps. If food scraps collection service is selected, a food scraps kitchen pail will be included for tenant's inside use. Please check the appropriated box(es) and give number of carts requested:

Recyclables Bin/Cart Selection: Choose either split cart(s) or dedicated bin(s)/cart(s). If dedicated bins/carts are chosen,you must have one of each. Multi-family buildings with 5 or more units must have recycling services in place to be compliant with the State of California mandatory recycling ordinance. Milpitas Sanitation has a dual stream recycling program. There is no longer a single-stream recyclables program. Customers must have either split carts for recycling or at least two dedicated recyclable carts or bins (one for paper and fibers and one for recyclable plastic, glass, metal containers. *
